Join BICAS for our 4th annual “Hottest Day of the Year Ride!” An easy-paced benefit ride for those of us who brave the scorching Tucson summers, with fun stops to cool down and mingle. The ride ends at Mansfield Park where participants will enjoy a family-style BBQ and take a refreshing dip in the pool. Quickly becoming one of Tucson most-anticipated summertime shindigs!

AAAAAND some exciting news! This year’s Hottest Day Riders will be among the *very first* members of our community to receive a tour of our BRAND NEW BUILDING, which will be opening in fall 2017! Don’t miss this opportunity!

$ 25  For Adults Put on your beach-themed riding gear, suncreen, and shades!  The approx 12 mile ride will include frequent stops for water, shade, and photo ops. Price includes the Hottest Ride, BBQ lunch at the park, cold drinks, and pool entry. $15 For Youth Youth ages 18 and under can join us at a discounted rate. Don’t let your summer vacation go by without an awesome ride with your favorite bike shop! *Pssst…* I heard there’s a waterslide at the end! =) $50 Family-of-Four Discount Bring the whole family and make a day of it! Must have at least one member under the age of 12 to qualify. REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Lunch at the park (vegan/GF options)
• Dragoon beer (and/or alcohol-free cold drinks)
• Cold water and snacks along the route
• Entry into the pool (there’s a water slide!)

FAQ: But isn’t it TOO hot?  That’s really for you to decide. Know your body and your bike. We’ve have people ages 5-75 join us for past years’ rides and have a great time! What if I don’t want to ride, but I do want eat food, drink beer, and jump in the pool?  Great! Just register and meet us at Mansfield Park. Please note: there is no discount for skipping the ride – this is a benefit after all. =) What if I need some repairs before the ride? We would be happy to help you do any fixing or tune ups at BICAS before the event day, Tues through Sun 11am-6pm for our regular shop fee. It is your responsibility to make sure your bike is rideable before you arrive at the event. The shop will NOT be open for repairs or tool-use the morning-of. What if I get a flat during the ride? Several BICAS staff will on the ride to assist with any emergency on-the-spot repairs. In addition, we will have somebody riding in the very back, so no one will ever get left behind.
