If you missed last week’s Art Preview event at Dragoon Brewing Co, you still have time. Art will be up until the end of the week along with BICAS/Dragoon T-shirts and BICAS Brown Ale!

Dragoon Brewing Co will also be bringing the BICAS Brown Ale and T-shirts to the BICAS Art Auction which is coming up on DEC 2nd & 3rd. See you then!

BICAS

BICAS isn’t just a bike shop; it’s an acronym! That is, it’s a bike shop, plus what BICAS stands for (literally and figuratively): “Bicycle Inter-Community Art & Salvage.” That means that, besides selling bikes (usually used and/or salvaged, but always great rides), they offer classes (how to fix a flat, basic bike maintenance, even how to build your own bike), and they’ll only charge a teeny, tiny fee to lend you their tools and help you fix a problem you may have with that non-motorized two-wheeler you own.

CALL for ARTISTS – Bicycle Art

BICAS is seeking bicycle-inspired art and work created from bike parts!  All mediums accepted. Artists are welcome to use scrap parts from BICAS. This is a great opportunity for artists to show off your art while donating to a good cause; over 1200 people come to our 2-night event.
DELIVER ART
Please bring ready to install, with Artist Name and Title attached to back of art. Deadline: November 27th.

  • All art is for sale to support BICAS programs
  • Cost of materials is tax deductible
  • Used bike parts available at BICAS for creating your artwork
  • Jewelery will be sold as “Buy it Now” and be avaiable for sale during both nights of the auction. Each unique piece will be labeled with the artists information while on display.

​Please join us for the 21st Art Auction on December 2nd and 3rd. Event will be located at The Art Gallery at 1122 N Stone Ave, 85705 (look for large “TUCSON” mural). Bicycle art, music, Wonderfools & Friends, drinks, food truck, family fun. Art will be silently auction on December 3rd. Thank You!
