
The Art Department has a wish list! We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt public charity. Your item donations are tax deductible. When you drop off your donation to BICAS, during Open Shop Hours, our employees can furnish you with a tax receipt.
Art Auction
Each December, we host a 2 day silent Art Auction fundraiser to help keep our programs available. It’s a great opportunity to support our biggest fundraising event of the year! In 2022 the 25th annual art auction came back with your support. It’s a monumental fundraising event for us every year and yearly support from the community is what keeps it going!
We always need:
- Bike themed art donated
- Any skill level accepted and any medium
- Please donate ready to display
- Food
- Finger foods (Fruit, cheeses, crackers, cookies)
- Drinks (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic)
- Cash contributions
- Help fund rental and licenses fees,
- We also have a sponsorship package email art@bicas.org for more info

- Heavy duty shelving for art parts storage (bike parts are heavy in bulk!)
- Chairs for our art workshops
- Tents for art events
- Tables for art event
- Display cases and shelving for art
