Rate of Pay: $50,000 per year
Benefits: 40 hours of sick pay, 20 hours of vacation pay, and 8 paid holidays.
Hours: This is a full time position requiring an average of 40 hours per week.
Location: Hybrid work environment. Some in person work is required.
Job Purpose: As a member of the Workers’ Collective of BICAS, The Development Manager is responsible for overseeing BICAS’ fundraising and development efforts, leading the organization to financial sustainability and growth.This position reports to the Fundraising Committee and The BICAS Collective. The Development Manager leads the organization’s development efforts.

BICAS is Hiring an Art Coordinator / Collective member
Rate of Pay: 18.67/hour, $20.82 upon 1 year of with upon one year of successful employment
Benefits: 40 hours of sick pay, 20 hours of vacation pay, and 8 paid holidays.
Hours: This is a full time position averaging 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on the time of year, programming needs, and the BICAS art program budget. 30-hour minimum to receive benefits (PTO)
Location: Hybrid work environment. In person work is required.
Job Purpose: Our nationally recognized art program, “BICAS Underground Art,” merges bike-themed arts, do-it-yourself ethics, and ecological consciousness by providing education, inspiration, salvaged materials, and a socially diverse and inclusive artistic venue. Our art area is accessible to the public and is stocked with assorted art supplies and ready-to-reinvent bike parts. Although many community bike shops offer similar services in regard to bicycle mechanics and second-hand parts, BICAS is unique in our commitment to “upcycled” arts as an inextricable part of our overall dedication to community, sustainability, and resourcefulness.

BICAS is not a traditional workplace, but is a mission focused and community powered organization.
