BICAS is hiring DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / COLLECTIVE MEMBER Pay Rate: $50,000 per year Responsible for overseeing BICAS' fundraising and development efforts, leading the organization to financial sustainability and growth. Leads the organization's development efforts ART COORDINATOR / COLLECTIVE MEMBER Pay Rate: $18.67/hour, $20.82 upon 1 year Responsible for the BICAS art programming. BICAS is unique in our commitment to "upcycled" arts as an inextricable part of our overall dedication to community, sustainability, and resourcefulness.
