Build-A-Bike

Ever wonder what makes a bike roll, turn, and stop? Through 8 sessions, these workshops teach students how to properly and completely rebuild a bicycle.

Summer intensive youth build-a-bike classes

June Summer intensive is full.

This is the same content that we offer in our 8 week class but over a more intensive two weeks.

The class meets Tuesday through Friday for two consecutive weeks from 11am to 2pm.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or older sibling.

Priority is given to children up to 18.

Kids under 18 free (parent is free when accompanying a younger child).

Tuesdays - Build-a-Bike for Community 4-7pm

Saturdays - Build-a-Bike for Community 1-4pm

In the end, you will build a bicycle while working with fellow classmates, and receive a $40 shop credit. That $40 can be applied to used parts, a used(unrefurbished) bike, and community tools shop time.

Cost: All 8 Classes - $80
