2016 marks the 21st BICAS Annual Art Auction, a fundraiser for the programs and services of the Bicycle Inter-community Art and Salvage. Much of what we do would not be possible without the generous support of our friends, donors, and sponsors at this Auction. And of course, the dedication of 100 BICAS volunteers helps make it all possible.
