Join us for the 11th Annual Native American Family Wellness Day; The theme this year is "Pride and Tradition." Keynote Speakers: Supaman (Crow) - Hip hop artist and Caroline Sekaquaptewa (Hopi)- Marathon runner. There will be wellness activities for children, youth, adults, and elders to include: glow in the dark neon run, physical activity for youth, interactive health booths, free dinner, and raffle prizes. BICAS staff mechanics and volunteers will be tabling and offering free bike repair. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to brush up on their mechanics or, if you won't be putting your wrench to use, it is a wonderful opportunity to brush up on the mechanics of tabling! See you there
