It’s an honor to participate in the creative recycling process with our greater Tucson community and beyond. We provide damaged and excess bicycle parts for community crafters to give them a second life. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there are two main ways to browse for salvage bicycle parts for art:
A) Come by our shop at 2001 N. 7th Ave during our open hours of 10AM – 2PM Wednesday-Saturday. Wear a mask and prepare to stand in line if it’s a weekend! Ask for parts for art and a staff member will be happy to assist you. View the BICAS homepage for holiday or covid-related closures. We ask for around $3/pound for donations for art parts.
B) Visit our Etsy shop to browse packaged parts for kits and other open-ended projects. Pay on Etsy and order parts for shipping or at-store pickup by entering the coupon code at checkout ‘SHOPLOCAL.’
