BICAS 2006 Art Auction (47 images)
The 11th Annual BICAS Art Auction, a fund raiser for the non-profit community bicycle co-operative BICAS, took place 19 Nov 2006 at The Historic Y in Tucson, Arizona. Items ranged from jewelry to paintings, photographs to furniture, sculpture to tableware, with the majority of items made out of recycled bicycle parts. Each item was accompanied by a bid sheet, on which attendees could silently record their bids. The photographs and movie clips below focus on the people and performances at the auction.
